If Trump claimed he's already built a wall but its invisible to haters and losers, his supporters would swear it was the most beautiful wall they've ever seen. Seriously they believe Hillary worked with Russia to set the Trump campaign in that Russian meeting in June 2016 but DIDN'T use the meeting till 6 mos AFTER the election was lost. They believe Trump is only pretending to humiliate Sessions so Sessions can investigate Hillary in secret. These cultists are so eager to believe they'll accept anything. Why wouldn't they pretend to believe in an imaginary wall.
