First of all Pugs, there is no way the SEC will tell you or anyone else if they are "satisfied" with the new 8-K. And they are empowered to halt trading for 10 days. After that, the onus is on the MM's to decide whether they could realistically file a 15C2-11 and start trading this stock again. Have you ever seen one? And, according to the RMIL, Palco was negotiating with RMIL until 12-22. Mork and I were here long before that. It would appear Palco left because the SEC shut RMIL down. Can you blame Lanzillo?
