Mycogen does have the patents; the court suit against Monsanto, DelKalb Genetic and Delta Pine & Land co started Tuesday . Monsanto will try to invalidate the patents..maybe a 50/50 call. It's a jury trial..this is the required start of patent dispute..no doubt both side would apeal a loss but is Monsanto lost theey would feel pressure to setttle since and injuction would issue againt them. They expect a decision by early February. I bt 20 march $20 calls on MYCO yesterday just for speculation. Owning the stock might be risky, although dow chem own 65% and would probably just buy the company if they lost their suit. This tech is worth BIG BUCKS ..billions
