Did I post a cash bond of $57,001.875 for my first OVIS certificate for 21,715 OVIS shares or did the broker who lost it in the mail? And what is the time frame to reissue another certificate replacement? MVPH nor PRTI could afford to post the bond on the certificate! Riley G Ps. I can see handcuffs and a crying former broker in my crystal ball. What evidence may we shareholders and former trained police officer & government investigator sitting on, or should I say, could the SEC and NASD be sitting on?
