Thanks, Steve and Robert. I bet you are right (Web based option, NT platform, and sales falling into this quarter). However, their following statement says "longer sales cycle", which probably means softening sales in the future for the CPS segment. Any way, major hope with this company still lies in the Work Number. See how fast they can ramp that up. Other segments are highly inconsistent. The stock price is cheap (barely above book value). I might buy more shares in the next few months on a value basis. But now I am waiting for their results on Work Number and see the effect of this bad news to clear out a little further. Don't want to sell at this price, though.
