I smell BS here, In an earlier post you told us you worked for the Papal undercover service, the sacred service, did you not?

In fact the military over classified and encrypted messages, so that only a few messages went 'in the clear'. Obviously if they only classified deep dark stuff, then those few messages would get intense decryptive attention. In fact there is a blizzard of scrambled data and the only thing you can measure is volume of traffic, and they also fake traffic volume for assordid porpoises.

There is a lot of turf protection going on in these areas. The Brits sre just now releasing 30 year old data in a right of access law we have had for a while.
