How about this SEC filing - S4-A for Power's shares

Can't figure AAPL's intent

Is AAPL amending the Power deal and now registering the Power shares at $16.50 ?

Its a marginal plus to shareholders with less dilution but what was that 2.2 mln share trade at 13 15/16ths on 12/23/97 .

Patrice asked "who received them ?" as somebody got a real gooooood deal !

I wonder if macosrumors has any basis for the claim. We've all been speculating where the 45 big ones came from but the executives repeatedly said that it was "no abberation". Who do we believe? When it comes to rumors about industry, Rumors has been doing a pretty good job but frankly I'm wouldn't put so much faith on macosrumors when it comes to AAPL(the stock) and details of Apple's finances.
