mph -- I suspect that Glen did in fact mean MOUSE...after all, anyone that would think something made from toe-fu and cherobs could actually make a pie is misguided in the beginning. Pie is chocolate, pie is apple, pie is pecan, pie is pie...whatever stuff Glen was describing IS NOT pie, but yet another example of how LA LA land over on the left coast has corrupted our culture -- not to mention our culinary landscape. My favorite pie is usually the one in front of me...but of course it has to be a REAL pie, not this left coast psuedo pie.
