How would you know if they have raised wages from qtrly profits??

there's only one reason to raise wages. do you know what that reason is? of course you don't.

the only reason to raise wages is to keep trained employees with the company. if they can make more elsewhere, they'll leave or at least start looking. companies exist to make a profit, and they can't do that if they constantly raise the wages of employees as their profit grows. but i wouldn't expect socialists like you to understand that.

Huh? The competition is difficult to find good employees and we certainly see that here in WI. Wage growth is a reality.
