First you need a data vendor for end-of-day, I use Quotes Plus. You need a system/custom indicator builder, I use MSWIN 6.5. Best thing, ask for a demo on all of them, and see the differences. While I think I give good advice, you are the one that has to be satisfied.

Just my 2c and I hope others comment re: GET. It is great for a trader or someone that has been in this game for awhile. For someone new to trading it will not necessarily make you a good trader. It makes a good trader better, IMO.
