McCain is older than dirt and has been there far to long and even if he voted for it, the Grand-Father clause that would be there wouldn't affect him other than the clock would start with the current term for what ever the term limit was defined. he knows his time is limited anyway, either age or cancer would end his time in office anyway. If they ever do pass term limits, then what will see is people will first start off as a Congressmen and then become a Senator to be a life politician in DC.
