I know of a case where a woman with a family and small children underwent elective breast enhancement, and went into shock and died. Anytime you let them put you under, you risk not coming back. I have a neighbor who is an anesthesiologist, and if he is any representation of what the profession is composed of, you'd be better off self medicating. If he conducts himself in the operating room like he drives a car, you are sol if you go to sleep knowing he is sitting at your head and playing with your vital functions. .
