That is very encouraging Wharf Rat but what we really need to deal with AGW is a trillion dollar investment in a movement to contact extra terrestrials to seek their help in solving our AGW concerns. Their technological advancements would certainly have developed a way we can completely control our atmosphere and weather. They would no doubt share their technology to help us if we could only contact them and ask for assistance. We could not only halt all AGW but also control storms and turn the arid deserts of Earth into lush gardens. Starvation and death due to natural disasters will become a thing of the past once the technology of our neighbors in the galaxies is implemented. I would be happy to oversee this effort for a modest 10 million dollars a year salary. Start saving now so you can participate in this game changing effort. I will be posting where to send your donations as soon as I acquire a tax exemption for this humanitarian Earth saving effort. It will be called "The Contact Initiative".
