Hello Scott, we have no doubt that NOVL has some of the most brilliant minds in the high tech. arena. My advice, employees should consider sending out their resumes if they have not already done so.
Like NOVL shareholders, employees are not going to get any part of that $1 billion and I doubt the company gives a hoot.

Your BOD has its own self interests and is one reason they refuse to leave the seat. We know they are clueless and have no idea how to compete in the marketplace. They never had to in the past but the last few years has changed the landscape.

I wish you all employees the best of luck. I know we shareholders ran out of it a long time ago and NetWare 5.0 isn't about to change that at all. In fact, I think it is going to do more damage than good if more -'ve reviews like the one George posted continue coming out.

All of our technicians and analysts are lining up for the MSCE line.

Get out of Novell is the bottom line. I am sure you'll find greener pastures elsewhere....stay away from Borland and Corel....IMHO.
