Well CETX issued a lot of preferred stock, that is why the book value went up. They also have another registration statement for another 10M shares,without underwriter? I thought the infamous Long Island boiler rooms were history, but apparently that is not the case. When I did make my post, I did not dig too deep, but there was enough of a stench that I thought there must be dead bodies somewhere. I certainly would not invest in a stock like this, when you have been in investing for a long time, yo can just tell, when something does not look right. it does not mean that those company I don't like are always frauds, but I think I can tell where the risk of fraud is high. I am curious how this plays out, it is right in the neighbourhood where I live. I guess I could have just contacted the CEO for a face to face, if I really wanted to.
