ICL to hire jailers to fix Y2K bug

According to this morning's NPR Morning Edition (05:50 AM EST),
ICL, a British firm is reportedly looking into
the possibility of hiring some inmates who were sentenced
on account of their computer related crime. The reason, the
report says, "the company projects are backed up and is unable
to find programmers to fix the bug".
