Except in this matter, he says that he has a legal document that can be used against Mork in both a civil and criminal case. Now if Kugler is asked by the courts for this document and he says he does not have it, or it never existed, then what does that do to him (Kugler). And also why would MORK send Kuglet said instrument, after all Kugler's only a broker with no financial long nor short interest (reportedly) in RMIL stock. Riley G
