Hi Holly, I quit smoking about 15 years ago after smoking 4 packs of non-filter Camels a day. I failed on numerous occasions like everyone else, until I read an article about an electronic device to send electrical signals to the base of the brain. It was supposed to eliminate the craving long term. I rigged up the speaker wires from my son's keyboard to the back of my neck, and tried different notes (frequencies) and volume (voltage). It seemed to work, because I quit smoking that time. Maybe it's because I didn't want to repeat that experiment again.

Maybe the tobacco in the coffee works because it is in the digestive tract for such a long time, and acts like a timed release. I have never heard that one before.
