I bought a very small position at 18 3/8 when Leo F (have enjoyed reading his posts for a long time) sold his shares. All this negative news is starting to make me feel better. Also got ino AAPL at 13.

I agree that the market does not seem right at the moment. The deflation worry IMO has more downside for Dow type stocks or those companies that have high debt levels and are not used to lowering prices. Tech companies are used to deflation-always lowering prices; just can't make money if they lower them to "0". I expect that GM could have problems with Japanese imports. What would that do to the Dow? What would the Dow then do to the NASDAQ? Anyone's quess really what will happen. Just don't be heavy into margin debt.

Good Luck.

Doug

Sitting here isolated from brokers sales pitches and making my own decisions, I have benefited from timely information from various net sites, to say nothing of realtime quotes and charts. But one cannot ignore voices from the net such as ahhaha. So ignoring emotion, I unloaded all positions that are not going up for specific reasons.
There is also a side story, please check the CyberTrader thread ahhaha, I want to go to Austin (from Houston) and transistion to their system. The concept of buypassing the MM as well as the broker appeals, this seems to be a good time to transistion accounts.

Thanks ahhaha, best regards. You won't have to say 'I told you so' twice....
