<<<<feel like GODZILLA now! ...congratulations. i am licking some wounds as about 20% of my porfolio is in oil service sector. but i am going to hold on because i know that in 1-2 years there will be a big rebound. but my internet stocks have been doing well. ..congratulations again. ...as for real estate i now have 450-500K in equity in my house here in california and it is killing me knowing that it will only grow at 3-4%...upside is gonzo tax breaks and balance to stock market. ........with all of those stocks going on sale this year it would be a good time to have cash--your timing with your property is great.
