I thought the Philips suit against patent infrigement was supposed to be settled by 1/5/98. I'm suprised we haven't heard anything. Caxton

He proposed an alternative that is not really an alternative in the sense that it's impossible know how to go about it. Meanwhile the flakes like Ross Perot, Kuttner (the Business Week guy who wrote "Everything for Sale"), and James Fallows point their fingers and say, "see, we told you so". Don't get me wrong, I have no problem at all w/ Soros making billions in speculation and government incompetence.
