A bounce. Short covering. Shorts were waiting until 1998 to cover to push out their taxes. If you look at 1997 FIBR bounced right into the new year as well.

A good exit point if you ask me...

And don't tell him it's up 82.3% since he said it was a great short at 2 1/8 (if he could) just a couple of weeks ago.
