I agree with your second point. But, once a product starts useing it, Clik! will have arrived and added great value to the company.
But, I don't understand your first point. They had a Clik! at Comdex and/or at the news conference where they unveiled it. They were actually useing it in a camera. How many units of a product have be made before we say it exists and is no longer vaporware?
I hope my employer doesn't agree with you and say he doesn't have to pay me since he has only seen one of me and, therefore, I am only a vapor image and don't exist.
