Some thoughts about WCOM agreement.

It is my OPINION that this agreement is WCOM's way of making an investment in internet telphony field without actually making an investment. They set up a co-location agreement with Franklin(win-win) where some kind of revenue sharing structure is established(win-win). While Franklin's technology is rolled out and tested in the mass markets(via GRIDNET/MCI/UUNET backbone), WCOM just sits back and watches to see if the technology takes hold. WCOM stance on IT for the most part has been a non-issue until now. In the public eye the may dismiss this tech, but through the Franklin DVG, they now have an insurance policy. If the roll-out of the DVG is success and the tech takes hold, you better believe that WCOM will gobble up FNET before they know whats hits them. WIN-WIN for Franklin and WCOM. As usual, just my opinion.

Marvin: That also sounds great, if only Frank took the time to send out a DUB news release so he could get every aspect of an agreement. ggggg
