Three months ago I was in Vancouver BC doing some business with CGI and had occasion to ask that question to one of their Vice Presidents. His answer was yes. I cannot expand more on this other than what I already stated which was it is my view that CGI is confining their expertise to clients who will become longer term contractial clients. They have a partnership with a private firm (Informission) and use their tool in their practice. I read somewhere that Infomission is to IPO this year. In their 1997 annual report received this week, CGI mention an exclusive with a firm, without mentioning it. Also, there is now a source of additional Y2k expertise with the new Bell Sygma subsidiary, which provides services to Canadian telecomms.
