Pkwknk & Ali, problem valuing the TCGI deal is with how many shares are outstanding. Yahoo profile says 61 million, which jives with the market cap of 3.4 million also given there and on the WSJ-online corporate dossier for TCGI. But, WSJ-online shows 159 million shares outstanding, which is just about the number that you're reporting, too. But if we use the higher number of shares outstanding, then that would "mess up" the market cap of 3.4 million listed by both Yahoo and WSJ-online. As you suggest, PkwKnk, the higher number of outstanding shares does solve the riddle of where the 10 - 11 Billion value of the takeover comes from. Bill.
