Bill, The maid (Madeline Albright) and the English Mexican (Richardson). The Clintons have destroyed every foreign policy they touched. Plenty of blame to go around, including Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, but the one who started us down the path of disaster was Jimmy Carter.
