Trump's erratic and unprompted threats of war on North Korea did totally take the Pentagon by surprise, including Defense Secretary James Mattis and National Security Advisor General HR McMaster — let alone how shocked I'm sure Rex Tillerson at the State Department and Mike Pompeo at the CIA are. If they didn't before, they now realize they're dealing with a petulant 2 year old in the body of a 71 year old man.

If only Donald Trump had been at the White House, his new Chief of Staff General John Kelly probably could have prevented Trump from making these war threats and setting a Red Line which Kim Jong-un promptly stomped on. We may end up in a war with North Korea simply because the Oval Office needed a new heating and cooling system.

General Kelly has done a great job reigning in Trump's unhinged Tweets by getting Donald to agree to show him his Tweets before he sends them.

But when the cat's away the mouse plays. Donny Trump needs a constant baby-sitter and when he escapes to a golf resort or some other location away from his minders, Trump's unthinking motor-mouth and Twitter fingers get the country into trouble because he imagines himself a "great negotiator".

Trump's worst instincts are now being fed by Steve Bannon with Sean Spicer and Reince Priebus gone.

Bart13 is going to give herself vagina farts with all the cackling she's doing watching Trump getting worked up enough to unleash his war machine on the entire Korean peninsula with inevitable attacks on China and Russia. General Kelly should have never let Trump out of his sight, but who could have expected that a briefing on the plague of opiate addiction would have triggered this - maybe all the talk of opiates stirred up something in Trump's memories of his relationship with Rush Limbaugh.

Both parties and most of their members remain sadly amusing, but Hillary still #wins on being a war lover.

"We came, we saw, he died"... cackle, cackle, cackle.
