Hey Pugs, you can slam me for this if you want, but what more do you want from tonto? He's basically stated he's not going to comment about the actions of folks on either side, and he doesn't know where the stock will trade. His opinion is the SEC does not decide where it trades, do you really think he's lying, or maybe misinformed? I, of course have no idea who is right, so that's how much this post is worth. I am, as always, confused. ;-)

Pugs, I appreciate that you wish for me to become involved in personal issues and lose focus of my personal research, but I do not care to be involved in nonproductive personal "battles" here. I leave that to you. Pugs, no one is required to respond to anyone, nor should the lack definetly reflect something. Your lack of response to my question, what do you think about companies that lie, which you chose not to reply to, could under your arguement lead some to believe that you support it, or wonder about your ethical standards. That would be a mistake for others to read more into your lack of comment than your simple choice not to answer.
