Hi OX: I expect the offerings to keep happening on any stock price staying power move. It been a regular money raising pattern. Dilution the price for the company proving it can compete with the biggies. Intel didn't sell any stock this round to lower it's stake. This if it truly wants out all together. I listened to the CC. The advertising won't be continuing, but the company did want to show their wears. As I've mentioned before this stock is a poster child ad PRO & CON- Long & Short on twitter. Blackberry? IMO this is what they have had to resort to because the biggies won't partner. IMO Blade 3000 is still a top notch development project that IMO could attract a top tier partner.

Vuzix Teams Up With BlackBerry To Deliver M300 Smart Glasses to Enterprise Customers

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Vuzix® Corporation ( VUZI), ("Vuzix" or, the "Company"), a leading supplier of Smart Glasses, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies and products for the consumer and enterprise markets, is pleased to announce the company has teamed up with BlackBerry Limited (NASDAQ: BBRY; TSX: BB) to enable IT departments to manage and secure the data accessed and captured through its smart glasses. Deployed with BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) software, Vuzix Smart Glasses will enable the millions of employees estimated to use head worn wearable devices on the job to communicate clearly and access critical data, without interruption from the task at hand.
