Hi Jim,

I agree with everything you said. My mention of a reverse split is mainly to get the company listed on the NASDAQ. I have been involved in a few reverses myself ..... one of which was wildly successful. The others sucked bad because those companies were lousy.

Antex I believe could easily survive a reverse. I think it would also relieve some pressure that Blair puts on the stock.

Don't get me wrong.... I'd love for Antex to trade above $4 on its own merits. It should be trading above $2 now as it is. My current valuation model has been adjusted slightly to account for the expiration of warrants. Antex's current value today is : $4.16 ($2.76 fully diluted). WOW ... can you believe that ???? And where are we ???? $1.15. WHY ???? When Antex reports all the trial results in the next few weeks ... the valuation will rise again as the further along the company is in trials ..... the higher the valuation factors. I guesstimate the valuation will rise well above $5 when Antex starts Phase III on Campy and the Phase II trials for H Pylori and H Influenzae start in a few months.

Antex is the best kept secret in the market. Just wish it wasn't such a secret any more.

Mike
