I hear what you're saying Pugs, I just don't see it. He said he's not sure where it's going to trade. As far as him saying the company is lying, that's his take on what, at best, can be described as incorrect information posted by the company in their past filings. That is, after all, what the recent 8K corrected. Again, he stated he doesn't wish to engage in personal attacks on either side, and I am frankly amazed he hasn't so far. I'm sure he has somewhat strong opinions about the quality/accurateness of posts from both sides. That is how I see it, that's all. I really think we are getting nowhere by continuing personal attacks, letters to employers/SEC/NASD, threatened law suits, etc. Obviously it isn't doing much to stop the attacks on us and RMIL, if anything, it's escalated the attacks. I'm afraid it might be turning many folks/lurkers off (just a guess), I know it's not making me very happy about being part of this. I say let them spew and post relevant information only, time will tell who is correct about the issues on trading, the squeeze, the fundis, etc. All this is, of course, my humble and uninformed opinion. I'll let it rest now.

Pugs, you are correct in posting that Tonto is not objective. I've found a big time saver is to over look posts by Tonto and the other Neys since they, more times than not, seem to never have anything positive to say. Heck, they still will not agree that it is possible for our problems with getting our paid-for certificates may be due to the illegal extra shares out there. In fact, these characters who obviously own no shares want us shareholders to believe that all is fine in certland and that there never was a problem. If he called the SEC he would've learned that the co. can resume trading, the 8K was satisfactory to the SEC, did Tonto post that, No! He posted the co. was 'lying'...has he followed up with phone calls? Maybe he should call the SEC and inform them they made a mistake, the co. is lying...he rolled over when Aloha posted to him that RMIL is trading with the pink-sheets, it isn't and Tonto knew that, Mr. Fairness didn't tell Aloha that, he letit hang, unanswered. He's NOT OBJECTIVE, and his silence about Kuglers' actions is evidence to that. Pugs
