To all--taking a vacation from any posts while I read all the stuff I have accumulated--four SEC filings, 10Q, 10K and assorted reports.

The more I dig--the more it looks like a turnaround in the company's fortunes is close at hand. There will be some setbacks (to be expected)--but the long term prospects are getting rosier--the new COO is just a start at rebuilding the marketing organization to compete against SAP and BAAN--they finally seem to have the product--we however must not forget how complex the "puzzle" and the risk factor will always be present for any software company--there are plenty of examples in the history of companies that peaked fast and faded just as fast.

I am particularly encouraged at the close working relationship with IBM over many years--I don't agree with those who think mainframe business is history.

Will give a report in short one liners after I"ve read all this stuff--or you can help me and read it yourself. Investor relations will mail you more than you can digest in a week or reading.
