Bob, I shorted AOL last options cycle for a scalp. But the stock is still in an uptrend and it was not worth sweating bullets for a few points. The trading volume recently on both up and down legs have been light, so the fundies are waiting for some news before committing either way. Your AOL short should work out in time, but you may sweat a bit. Btw, I am more of a natural long than short. I try to short no-brainers where one does not have to sweat bullets ... like the drillers. Best to trade with market sentiment and the trend. Take care.
