>> I tell you, that Mac OS Rumors story has made me sick. The guy who runs Rumors really doesn't
understand the market (from earlier comments) so one does wonder if he's being played here. But
what makes the rumor seem plausible is that A) there was that extra charge last quarter that seemed so
out of place that some of us immediately wondered if they'd reverse it this quarter and B) still hard to
believe they got the profit they did from the revenues they did.<<

Don't believe Rumors, but you can use it as a reference, it may give you some hint
about something. Before people fully understand the reason for the extra money
spend to buy back Power PC company, there will always rumors around about it.
The reasons for the company to make money is the success of new AAPL team selected
by Steve Jobs. Before people can fully understand Steve Jobs capability there will
always doubt about the AAPL's profitability. The rumors will take advantage of
this.

When we can fully understand why the rumors around, we can have the idea of how
to make effort to make people more informed and have better understanding of the
facts.

Hope we all get together to make us fully understand AAPL's great come back as
a major player.

Marc:

Didn't you buy Apple at about 171/2 after the last convention? That's when I bought and now you sold for a 2 point loss?
