OK, thanks for the update. My question would be: If there is an official launch of the Marines attacking the beaches (as Joe has put it), will there be a public announcement of the plan? If it is a share buyback by the company, it is quite common for companies to announce that (and therefore increase shareholder value because some people buy into companies that do share buybacks just because the company has announced their confidence in getting the share price up). That could also increase the share price because it would bring in other new shareholders! Thanks for your work Joe and all at DCI. Mitch

Dear Brad: You are correct. I want to keep the playing field level.Also,I might add that our Website is under major construction by Craig M.We are adding more insight into the company and HEAVY doses of financial data. we fell far short of the latter in our previous and present website.Unlike the vast majority of BB and Sm Cap Nasdaq stocks we are highly profitable and don't trade at an infinite (or greater-if possible) multiple.We trade at a 15 multiple on TRAILING EARNINGS,By the way if there is a seller and not the MM's playing games --let him go! Be gone- out of the way!
