CAI Wireless Stk To Move To SmallCap Mkt From Natl Mkt

ALBANY, N.Y. (Dow Jones)--CAI Wireless Systems Inc.'s (CAWS) common stock will move to the Nasdaq SmallCap Market from the National Market Thursday.
In a press release Wednesday, CAI Wireless said Nasdaq would waive the $4.00 per share initial inclusion bid price requirement, but that CAI would be required to maintain compliance with the $1.00 per share bid price maintenance requirement for the period from Jan. 8 through Jan. 20.

Failure to maintain such bid price would result in immediate delisting from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the company said.

CAI Wireless operates six analog-based wireless systems and provides Internet access services.

I stopped trying to figure this stock out a long time ago. I would suspect the mm's are trying to hold the price up, but who knows?
