Linch/Peter: not especially good news but not expecially bad. The DEC issue is really a lot different than CHPS. DEC sued INTC for infringing on their patent rights. INTC repsonded by buying DEC's chip processing ability. (In other words, since I'm buying your company, you don't have to worry about what I stole from it). This raised FTC interest as well as the fact that DEC had a faster chip (aplha) than what INTC had. To make an analogy, if COKE buys 7up, the FTC will stop it from happening. If they buy Miller, the FTC will look at the deal, but since Miller only has say, 12% of the beer market, they'll let it pass. I'm cautious, but actually, I may buy 500 at these levels. Note volume is not that great either.

Peter- I just bought 600 more @ 15 3/32. I'm still confident. Need the money anyway!
