1. if CISCO meets street expectation it will taken as negative news,..... Why? 2. if CISCO does not meet street expectation it will be taken as negative news,..... .....given the speculative information that CISCO sales force is being quietly restructured,..........I assume they will not exceed street expectation,.....perhaps, it is a no win scenario,..... Reorganziation of a group does not neccessarily mean bad things. In fact CSCO continuously massages the sales force in order to continue growing the machine they've built. IMO using this information as an indicator that numbers won't be made for the quarter is a weak position to take.
