Management may want to pull the 'Asian card' from the bottom of the deck to justify any shareholder value destruction and concomitant option repricings/awards, however, management is 100.00% responsible for SoftQuad's shareholder value(.)

Asian contagion should have no effect, short-intermediate term(0-3 years?), given the fact SoftQuad has barely penetrated U.S., European markets.
