Bill, you need look no further than Fenton's record here.

Fenton's pick's:
stock / position/ initial price/ current price
PSIX long 8 1/2 6 1/2
AOC short 50 58+
JBIL short 60-70 40+
ABTE long 10 7

There are others he owns, but these are the one's I remember best.

So you see, the only stock he made money on was JBIL, but keep in mind JBIL went to 70 from 60 after Fenton claimed he was shorting. As I have mentioned numerous times, a monkey, a dartboard, or even myself can do better than Fenton's record of 1/4. Yet, people on this thread (even some that I actually respect) seem to praise his market astuteness.

Off subject: I have met or exceeded the 100% for the past 18 months. Yes my first year was a very good education as it is in all business. My training is as a Nuclear Engineer and I ended up in the securities business in 1984 preparing feasibility studies, market analysis and financial modeling (bond sizing and traunch structure) for syndication. I have been involved in over 1.5 billion dollars in structured financings. That does not mean that I made alot of money during that period, however I enjoyed meeting the major houses in New York and their analysts.

In 1990 I managed and syndicated a 200-million dollar real estate portfolio for a major bank.

I actively began managing for investors about 3 years ago.

I do not misinform ANYONE. However, I have not posted any information unless my positions were established. If I am short I will tell you I am short. If I am long I will tell you I am long. You can decide if it is a good play or not.

The last 18 months have been fantastic. Hope you have a good year.

Regards,

Fenton
