Hi Don,
Those are some stellar projected earnings going out to 2018.
I'm always leery of projected earnings that go beyond actual guidance.
That being said the semi equipment companies that heve gained market share for years/decades now have installed owner bases that provide solid reoccurring revenues for parts and consumables.

If those earnings are anything accurate - there would be one heck of a good reason to bump the dividend up from 10 cents per quarter.

My records show that amat has held that dividend steady since 5/21/13.

I suspect that the Employee Stock Ownership Program has rewarded management with increases to a greater degree than the share holders over that same time period.

Tomorrow would be a great time to appreciate the shareholders!!

Bob

Cisco Does Something That Makes Another Tech Stock a Worthy Buy
Rising DRAM prices are hurting Cisco -- but that's a good thing for Micron and Lam Research.
