The following information concerning AMCOR was extracted from an investment research report published by Torrey Pines Securities, Inc., ACAP MM in December.

15% EPS compound growth projected over next 3 years. More if addnl. recycling contracts awarded.

Sales of lots in golf course community lagging due to infrastructure and permitting work now largely completed. Sales pace expected to accelerate in '98. Approximately $17,500,000 in sales proceeds anticipated to accrue to Amcor over 5 to 7 yr. period.

Asset base estimated to be $4.41 per share. Mostly in productive real estate. Amcor is negotiating purchase of 1200 acre vineyard to add to its already 10,000 acre farm holdings. real estate.

Approximately $5,000,000 revenues in green waste and tree trimming business anticipated for 1998. More if successful in bidding.

$0.42 E.P.S. estimated for 1998.

P/E 10.4x 1998 estimate.

IMHO No matter what happens in the far east, Americans will continue to eat grapes and potatoes, generate waste, and golf.
