Keeping the ones with good tenants if they want to ride it out 2-3 more years Just started putting perhaps 40% of my total equity on the market over the next six month will redeploy into my old foreclosure business again.

Watch out overbuilding both apartment complexes and higher end condos will ripple through the existing condo market and force it to crash first..
