Wrong. Teleconnection patterns related to ocean anomalies are the cause. It's not carbon dioxide, but thanks for not responding to glaringly obvious holes in AGW theories. Not only was it anomalously cold in the Arctic all summer, Greenland's melt season ended with 30% more snow/ice than the 30-year average.
