Hi Bob,

The stock is acting marvelously. Resistance starts at about $1.50. We're there now. 50 day M/A is way down at $1.10, and we blew through the short term resistance in the same area.

Dwight

Posting good quality analysis is not easy. Here is the analysis for the latest news release. This old customer of Powerscan is signing an agreement to sell a new product on microfilm, using powerscan products. The product is similar to Fuji application. So, some people bailed out, because fundamentally it is not worth much earnings.

Those who stayed consider it is the first of many steps of building this part of the document management business. And encouragement for the management to announce more orders from installed base of Powerscan product is neccessary.

We are still waiting for STRR to present the consolidated statement, which may push the stock much higher. To tell people to sell their stock based on T/A is a tragedy. The only one that has the motive is that he sold and he wants to buy back cheap at other people's expense.

We will wait for the STRR profit and loss statement. Thank you.
