Mr. Turner;

Welcome to the thread, sir. Thank you for posting; "A ROTH IRA may be more
favorable than a regular IRA for taxpayers who earn high rates of return
from growth investments."

If a fraction of the PQ (Potential Quotient) of Naxos is realized those
words score a symphony of meaning to a Naxos shareholder. Talk about a
growth investment! Think about David Snow's numbers for a moment, everyone...
Now, contemplate the words,"Tax free."

I am still confused regarding issues of stock transfer. If I cannot transfer
shares I already own can I put cash into a ROTH IRA and purchase shares
from even another Naxonian, by-passing a broker altogether? Could we exchange
options between us to lock in a price to buy some time to get organized?
(It is my understanding that even the administrators of these ROTH IRAs are
not sure about some provisions.)
