When I called him I told him "he had softshares",He got the picture right away, without me drawing a picture, and assured me he would not be back again.

Ya gotta like this man's style. Here I am thinking to myself "How in the world does he ever expect that these 'soft share' holders are just going to roll over and sell because he makes an appeal over the internet?" Well, now I know. He just ferrets out the target and takes his case directly to the individual. I would have enjoyed being privy to that conversation. Nobody can ever accuse you of being timid in your oversight of DCI, Joe.

Thanks for the insight on "Mr. Big", Joe. That guy has been driving a lot of us bonkers in recent weeks. Let's hope he holds off any more
substantial sales for a while.

I'm not sure what forum you want to use for answering questions, this one or a conference call. I thought I'd throw out some things which I've been wondering about and you can handle them as you feel best.

1. Has Cyberfax signed any additional contracts since the first 10 were announced?

2. Are you satisfied with the revenues the first 10 contracts are generating?

3. What can you tell us about the current status and progress of DCI UK and related subsidiaries?

4. Has the PEL Division entered into any additional deals since the deals with SPACE, Camelot, Universal Studios and Philips were announced?

5. Thru how many outlets does Card Call currently distribute cards in Canada and elsewhere (not including vending machines)?

6. Thru how many vending machines are the cards being sold (in all markets)? Are you satisfied with the sales volume the machines generate?

7. Who actually owns the vending machines?

8. Are you satisfied with the progress of the PEL division? What do you particularly like about that division's current activities?

I've tried to keep these questions in the past and current tense so you wouldn't have to make any forward looking statements. I'm sure others have many more questions they would love to ask you too, so maybe just wait until you hear from everyone before you start your replies. Thanks always for your hard work. George
