They're getting attention because they organized a torch light march of hundreds of followers on a university campus. That shouldn't be covered? If that hadn't worked, they'd have done something else to get the attention they want. No, they're not a threat but we shouldn't pretend they're good people. BLM and antifa aren't a threat either yet people are agitated about them. Let's re-think about that no threat thing: Considering that a young Nazi killed a young woman and injured 19 other people, we shouldn't be quick to say they're not threat. Also wasn't the Oklahoma City bomber one of these types? Yes, he was. OK, they're not a major threat, but sometimes they are .... just like BLM and antifa.
