I see nothing there to say a bottom is near... maybe a bounce, but stand across the room and look at that chart... the trend is clearly down...

I like how Macd has turned up.

I think the recent consolidation of the deep water drillers is an indication that deep water projects will be resuming albeit at much lower day rates.
This will no doubt reduce margins within the services group as well.

A resumption vs shutdown is a significant improvement.

Oil services will also consolidate and become rightsized.

Let's hope it happens faster than the semi's took (15 years).
